BTEC DIPLOMA
The BTEC Diploma is available to cadets aged 16+ on Public Services, Music and uniquely within the Sea Cadets, Engineering. CVQO offers all Cadets over 16 the opportunity to earn, at no cost, a choice of three internationally recognised vocational qualifications that are respected by employers as well as institutes of higher education.
The Diploma can be gained through normal unit and SCC activities. The diploma itself is the equivalent of 4 Standard Grades A-C. There are also ILM qualifications available to adult volunteers to work towards and enhance their learning and competency skills.
