CANADA TROPHY 2000
The Inspection
|
Commodore Roger Parker RN and his inspection team braved the blizzards to come up to Stonehaven on the 26th of February 2001 to carry out the Canada Trophy Inspection. |

|
|
After the colours ceremony and inspection of the ships company the Commodore toured the unit, being introduced to the unit staff and viewing classroom displays showing the various activities we participated in throughout the year and what we achieved in them. |
| |
When the Commodore had finished the tour, he and his team were invited to watch the cadets perform in two evolutions and finally the unit display. All were thoroughly entertained by the cadets acting ability (or lack of it!!!!).

The Presentation
The Canada Trophy was officially presented to the unit on the 24th of May by the Second Sea Lord Vice Admiral Peter Spencer in Stonehaven Town Hall. The Ceremony was followed by a march past by the ships company and the excellent Arbroath Sea Cadet band.
