UNIT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
Members of the UMC (Unit Management Committee) are the trustees of the charity. Without their dedication and support the unit would not be able to function.
The Unit Management Committee's main role is to look after the running of the unit that is not directly related to training activities and ensuring the it remains viable as an ongoing concern. They also deal with the insurance, finance and publicity of the unit.
The Unit Commanding Officer is also a member of the UMC and provides the vital link between the trustees and the volunteer staff responsible for cadet training activities.
